Good ice cream, huge headache to place an order. Rude staff. Other food items are bare basic.

We waited in line for 15 minutes at the main window. They opened the pick up window too to take orders since the line was so long. We stayed in line for the main window while everyone else behind us went to the pick up window. We were then asked to move in front of everyone else (sine we were next anyway) at the pick up window. So, we moved to that line. 2 people ordered and then they closed the window. A line of about 15 - 20 people sat there for about 5 minutes with no moment. Guy behind us got mad and went over to the closed main window. They took his order after he gave them some attitude. We waited while the 2 people ahead of us were getting their order made still. They got their food, and then they shut the pick up window. Everyone kind of stood there until we knocked on the glass and a different employee gave us attitude for trying to place an order at the pick up window. She slammed the window closed and everyone in line was standing their confused. The line dispersed, with some just leaving. After trying to talk to different employee, she took our order reluctantly and told us how we were in the wrong. She was telling us to go to the back of the line before taking our order. Then one who I guess is a manager or someone higher up, came over and told us that we aren't supposed to be standing there and multiple times we were told to go to the back in the line after we were just doing what an employee asked us. We eventually got our food and ice cream, after the "different" employee tossed in threw the window, grabbed the tip jar, and slammed the window closed. First time here. Walked to window, not greeted, no how can I help you, can I take your order. My family ordered. As she is slamming the window down I said thank you. We received our ice cream. I ordered a slushy with chocolate ice cream. The ice cream appeared to have a hair in it . I took to the window and gave to the girl. She then re made, handed it back to me and said " by the way it was a fuzzy" I replied it does not matter it was disgusting and you do not serve that to people. My friends were with, they ordered a slushy with ice cream did not receive the ice cream in it. They took the slushy looked at it and handed back to him. Said we didn't hear you say the ice cream we have to charge you. First of all they now all looked at it and brought it back in to the food area. A big no no. Don't bother with the food; it's like fair food or cafeteria food, pretty unremarkable. And my waffle cone was stale. But the ICE CREAM. Yes. It's five stars, definitely the best soft serve I've found in the area. GET THE PEANUT BUTTER. I got chocolate and peanut butter swirl and that was really good, but yes, there's a reason everyone mentions peanut butter and most of the people you'll see around you are ordering peanut butter. Both flavors were perfectly smooth, rich, creamy, with strong flavors and a really pleasant and delicious feeling in the mouth (maybe that's weird to say but it's very true and very good).
