Starting with the pierogi trio, it provided a satisfying array of flavors, loved all the sour cream on the side! Hope to try the dessert pierogis someday! The goulash was the star of my meal! Goulash is a dish that relies heavily on the slow-cooking process to develop rich flavors, and it seems Babcias pierogis nails it in this department. The meat and well-balanced spices likely make it a standout dish on the menu. However, the golabki falls short of my expectations as it was under seasoned. The Golumbki, stuffed cabbage rolls, should ideally be bursting with flavor from the meat filling and the sauce. The lack of seasoning might result in a bland taste and a missed opportunity to fully enjoy this classic dish. But with a combined bite of the goulash I did eat all of the golumbki. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy partner and I have been coming here for years. They make the best pierogi! My absolute favorite is the farmers cheese. The owner and the employees are so friendly and nice. They even gave me a tour of how things are made! It was very impressive to see the process. They use such high quality ingredients, and you can tell how much love goes into their food. They truly care about giving a consistent, delicious product every time. We often go to the Broadway Market just to see them. We love to eat there and everything is hot and fresh. We often buy the frozen pierogi to take home too. It tastes awesome at home and they hold up well. I highly suggest ordering your pierogi with the caramelized onions and sour cream. It really brings out the flavor. If you haven't eaten here already, try it. Definitely my favorite Buffalo...

Ended up buying a bunch to take home and try cooking on my latest visit as we didn't have a lot of time to sit and eat, will see how they turn out, but as a bonus we got to go see how they make the pierogis and it's pretty wild.... Might just ask if I can take a whole barrel home with me...
