Burger King — Restaurant in Buffalo

My food was pretty good!! I will say this though… I was ordering my food on the kiosk and it took like 15 minutes (which is kinda long imo); they ask me what drink was mine… I get it, they were probably understaffed and had some customers in the drive thru but it didn’t look like a lot of people. I sit down to eat, and I decided I wanted to order some more cheesy tots! I go back up to the kiosk and order 2 8pcs cheesy tots with 3 packets of zesty sauce. The workers clearly saw my order and I think they think I’m crazy or something. Honestly, I think they were judging me, or maybe they assumed my order was a glitch. This time I took the cheesy tots home, and when I got to my apartment… they only gave me one 8pc. Tbh I kinda wasn’t happy but food was still good, store looked clean and plus THIS IS A HUGE...

Wow oh wow, just where to begin. First off, i would like to point out the exemplary employees at this Burger King. We were greeted with friendly smiles and fast service. The food you ask? It was fantastic, hot and made fresh!!! And last but not least, have you all heard about this Family Bundle Deal??? I was always a big time BK Lounge fan but upon hearing of this deal, i just had to visit the 'BKL' for lunch today. 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers and 3 fries all for 12.99!!!! BKL is just giving the food away, i don't understand how they make money- but you will hear no complaints from me!!! All in all, just an outstanding experience and i will definitely...

Food was fine, but the service of the staff was HORRIBLE. I mean worst of the worst customer service. Not to mention i had to witness people talking about coming back to shoot up the place and arguing: mind you i was with my friend and our kids (6,8,9,9years old) when we decided enough was enough we got up to leave and thats when a customer started yelling that we “didnt belong” and “shootings happen everyday, they better run” as we were scrambling to get our kids out and safely into the car. We didn’t deserve that what so ever. We were in the area and this was the closest fast food place to where we were. I will NEVER EVER...
