I would like to firstly start off by saying that I have bought food from this location, countless of times, it’s not always bad but it’s also not always good.. the last time I bought food from here I was sick for days I’m pretty sure it was food poisoning. But I wanted to try again so I ordered today.. well that was my mistake . I ordered pizza and some Parmesan bites it was okay for the taste but the customer service was just horrible .. I ordered a 32 piece Parmesan bite and was missing over half of them. and i also missed some sauces they never gave. I called them to sort this out, and I explained my situation and the ignorant man on the other side of the phone, just hung up on me after saying “ok”. someone like this shouldn’t be working in this service. I’m tired of trying to believe that this location is good but in reality it’s just not. had high hopes cus it’s the only location near me.. but it’s overall horrible and i’ll never buy from there again. !!DONT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY AND OR HAVE FOOD POSIONING!! also fyi yes this location is in a horrible area.. crack heads linger badly infront...

There's a huge monitor which displays how long your wait time is, which is a welcome visual to make any wait more bearable. This particular location is also rather clean.
However, there is a bathroom lock which requires a code to access. It can be annoying if you cannot get the attention of an employee to give you the pass key in a timely fashion. Also, the entrance door is on a doorbell buzzer which requires you to press a button and wait to be let into the establishment, something I've never witnessed at any fast casual or restaurant location.
Personally I find these security measures a turn off, because accessibility should be a chain restaurant's primary concern behind...

Now, I try not to complain but when your less than 5 minutes away why is my food showing up cold and in an hour from when I ordered? Today, my food was wrong so I called to speak with someone being over cold food now my foods cold and wrong. Briana answered the phone. Now I tried being nice until she started being rude after explaining the situation. I didn't want a refund or my food made over I wanted them to know someone wasn't paying mind to the orders coming in. I asked for a manager she refused. Then chose to call me several times. That's harassment. She left a very rude voicemail stating she looked and I ordered wrong. I looked at my app and it tells me how I ordered my food. I'm done with this place. I'm over wasting money on an establishment that clearly doesn't care for the quality of food being sent out or the customer service quality. I work customer service and have NEVER treated...
