This place has potential to be good, but I work as a server and was confused the entire time. I've been there twice now and both times, while the servers are VERY nice and polite, it was bad. I will give them credit because there were some bigger groups in there when we sat down, but by the time our food came there were maybe 4 other smal tables seated.
My family had to place our order nearly yelling to the server/bartender who was at their computer from behind the bar and didn't come to the table to take our order. I waited, no exaggeration, over ten minutes for a milk for my 16 mo old and a water for myself. We waited another 20+ minutes for anyone to take our order. I added onions to what was supposed to be a toasted club, neither happened and it took asking 2 people to get some. My mom ordered a grey goose cranberry, we had to actually go up to the bar and ask for it because it'd been 20 minutes. It took 15 minutes for boxes and another 10 after that for the tab.
I work in this industry so I sympathize with being so busy you want to pull your hair out, but this was beyond poor service. I'm not one to leave reviews, but someone needs to help this place out. Again, the waitstaff is very nice but I'm not sure if it's a matter of being understaffed or what but I won't be returning here anytime soon. The only plus was their chicken...
Read moreNice course. Not very long overall but very nice condition! The Tee’s and greens were very nice. Everything was in good shape with the exception of a few cart paths that are desperately in need of some love. There are a couple of holes that you need to clear some wetlands but it’s fairly open so it makes it enjoyable even for higher handicap players. There are really only a couple of holes that you need to be pretty tight and straight but the senior Tee’s will keep shorter hitters safe. As this was my first time on the course, it was a little confusing at times because there are a few long distances to the next Tee, I would recommend a few more signs or cart gps. I also bought a nice hat from them, it’s was priced better that the big golf shops. I would recommend playing this course if you’re in the area and I would play it again myself.
I played this corse 2 weeks ago and it’s in amazing condition! The corse looks like a well manicured corse in mid season, not early spring. Great job! I gave the corse 4 stars last year because they were in need of some signage to help people unfamiliar with the course. They apparently listened, lots of signs and new carts to boot so now they get 5!
Go play this course, it’s a...
Read moreThey make you pay to have someone ride along that isn’t golfing and it is basically more than the average full round price if they were to have their own cart to drive
Below was added after your reply
It’s really $25 since most people do 18 holes but only if they ride along. Otherwise $40 by themselves which is really high.
I also wanted to say while the owner is seeing and kindly addressing these. I called and wanted to bring my own finn cycle which means no wear on your newly purchased ones from the same dealer (I know the guy) meaning same outfitting, and it’s insured. I have experience on it unlike first time riders coming to your course. If I am going to get injured the odds are less likely because it means I may break the equipment and I very much rather take care of my equipment over a rental. I asked if I can sign a waiver and pay a trail fee for wear on the course. The excuse I got was no because of Cross Pollenization!? Worst excuse I ever heard. If that was a legitimate concern then we should be using the course shoes, bag, clubs, balls, and tees because their left over grass and...
