Jackpot Joanies — Restaurant in Bullhead City

This used to be my favorite place. Now if you don't play .25¢ every single game and have a minimum of $10 in the machine, they won't give you a free drink. Doesn't matter if you spend $100. They actually walk around and check. I've been told the manager watches from home and checks back on the camera to see if she can catch her employees serving people who don't meet her rules. What has happened to customer service??? To be treated less than others because you don't or can't play . 25¢ each and every time. One night recently I was playing super way Keno, which is 35¢ a game & I had been there for over 3 hours. Not once was I asked if I wanted a drink. Then I finished my drink I brought in, as I'm not going to be bullied into that 25¢ rule, so I asked the male working that night if I could get a cold coffee drink & mind you I had switched to four card keno and now was only playing 20¢ but been there for hours and play super why Keno for all that time except the last hour I was there. He said he'd been watching me and I hadn't been playing 25 cents the whole time. So that should make up for the 20 I'm playing now. I don't want to get in trouble she'll be looking back on the cameras you know blah blah blah let me tell you something, if you're that afraid of your boss, quit, collect unemployment cuz that's harassment. Another rule they have is you can't be in the bathroom more than I think it's 8 minutes or something ridiculous like that. She'll actually come in and check to see what you're doing in the bathroom. To me that is sexual harassment and...

After a month of helping take care of my sweet old 83 year old buddy I discovered Joanies and came in for a beer break. Approximately 20 bottle variety of beer with a generous selection of non alcoholic drinks as well. Sweet potato fries were delicious right out of the fryer. I cannot fault the friendly service either. Smiles and politeness made me feel very welcome. Mixed drinks available on request. A wird to the wise. This is a cash only gaming bar and backpacks are strictly prohibited! Given the really great service I do not protest the restrictions. ATM available. I cannot say anything about the gaming machines as I don't gamble they seem to have a generous amount of them. I would happily return...

This place is a hidden gem. Great payouts, excellent customer service and they have a great players card program. I rarely walk out a big loser. Either even or up imhas been what I've been experiencing. But with only less than 20 machines give or take if you go during peak times you can expect to wait for a machine to open up.
