Street Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

We always loved the pizza however the customer service is horrible. Multiple times myself or My husband have come to pick up pizza and stood at the register for 10 minutes with no one even saying, "We'll be right with you." Catherine the delivery driver is especially rude. She cut me off while pulling into the parking lot, gave me a dirty look and once she saw I was heading into the pizza shop she ran and hid in the back. I waited for an employee to noticed me yet again and she walked past ignoring me so I said to her I was here to pick up my pizza and all she said was, "Yeah someone will be out in a minute." I was sure to get her name and after I had asked the man who finally gave me my pizza for her name they tried over compensating for their rudeness by giving me handful of parmesan and peppers like that's gonna fix everything. We moved to Laughlin a few months ago and thought this was our pizza place since it's right down the street but after 5 plus times of horrible customer service we'll just go across the river to Dominos where they welcome us with smiles as soon as we walk...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD. I called and NO ONE WAS OF ANY HELP. I was told "Ma'am, we did our part, we made the order, once we hand it off its not our problem". For a small town place, that is SAD behavior. Will NOT patron NOR WILL ANYONE ELSE I KNOW OR ASSOCIATE WITH. Truly sad what this world is coming to.

I DID order directly through the Hot Mamas website. AT NO POINT DID IT SAY A DELIVERY SERVICE WAS BEING USED. ALSO, THERE WAS TRACKER ON THE WEBISTE FOR THE DELIVERY that never mentioned Doordash..

I have contacted Doordash, which was what I was told on the phone when I called the store for the issue. Doordash has contacted Hot Mamas for a refund. Let's see if Hot Mamas will do what's right!!!!!!

SUGGESTION: Maybe, Hot Mamas should step up their customer service by having the information needed to start a refund process instead of just saying "not our problem, we did our part". As what that means when saying to a customer that wants to patron your restaurant is that YOU DO NOT...

So we got the kids pepperoni pizza and ourselves bbq chkn. For sides cheese bread and wings. The wings needed a little help. It lacked that strong sauce bite as expected but that would be my only negative however it pails in comparison to the quality of the pizza and cheese bread. We are very picky about pizza quality. We know when they try to add salt and sugar to get people to love the food. Papa J I'm talking about your garbage. Lol but seriously. This place is a rare diamond. I consider myself a picky pizza person. I want good flavors, perfectly cooked, right amount of garlic flavor with ingredients that taste of quality. This place nailed it with the pizza and bread sticks. My expectations were low concidering it being a small area with a small diversity I was pleasently surprised here and...
