T-N-T Pizza — Restaurant in Burgettstown

The night before Easter I ordered a pizza, salad, 2 appetizers, and 2 desserts. $50 order. Being that it was the night before Easter, I had a house full of company. I sent my daughter to pick it up. I didn't think to mention to her, that the order was under my phone number. When she got there, the employees were very unhelpful and basically yelled at her and embarassed and humiliated her. She paid for the order and she was so upset after this happened that she asked for her money back. The owner refused. After she came home, I called the owner and was expecting an apology for treating my daughter that way. From the moment that he got on the phone, Tony was screaming at me. He justified his behavior instead. He was to busy to be helpful or kind. So, let's help Tony out and order your food somewhere else. It's way overpriced and the pizza is extremely greasy. Absolutely terrible. Girl taking my order was rushed to get me off the call. Ordered a Hawaiian Pizza. Got a pizza with a small amount of pineapple, small amount of bacon, tons of banana peppers. I called about it, the manager was EXTREMELY rude saying that is their Hawaiian pizza. I said I wanted a traditional Hawaiian pizza, not their “big kahuna” pizza. He told me there is no such thing as a Hawaiian pizza and how he spends $20,000 on menus and marketing and offered to make me another pizza but I had to pay for it. Google Hawaiian pizza, and what do you get? Ham and pineapple. Guess TNT is better than everyone else and everyone else is wrong.

Additionally, I ordered two mediums and one small. The girl NEVER said anything about not having medium.

On Sunday I ordered pizza online. I had no issues ordering and when I went to pick up my pizza I was yelled at by the gentleman ( term used loosely). He stated that online ordering was closed and most people would have stopped at closed. I stated nothing stated that it was closed. He said it said it and you just ignored it. I was berated by this man and I do not know how he got my order when he stated it was closed. I went home and checked the site and then it said it was closed and you could not order so perhaps he closed it after my order? I do not know but I could not believe I was berated for placing a pizza order. You can have your pizza and your shop I will NEVER order again nor will anyone with whom I associate.
