Tamarack — Restaurant in Burke

I was taken here by a Lyndonville local who I was visiting. She suggested the Pulled Pork sandwich, which I tried and will have the next time I go there. I ended-up having the Black and Blue burger, which was fantastic. I don't know what chef Wil did to blacken the burger, but it was a wonderful offset to the bleu cheese. I also had the Sweet Potato Fries as the side, and they were tasty. The margaritas were also good.

Some may say the pricing is a little high, but in my opinion, the quality is worth it. If you take a date, make sure to ask for a booth, as the dining room is very open. My friend also suggests dining on the balcony (if it's not too cold) as the views of the Lake Willoughby...
