Baja Fresh — Restaurant in Burleson

Prefacing by saying I hardly ever get takeout, especially fast food because the cost seems to never be worth what you get these days.

That said, I have been wanting to try the new Baja Fresh in the gas station on Renfro. I have had Baja in California and Vegas and loved it. I will admit I did not have high expectations going in.

The freshness and quality of the food far exceeded my expectations and the chips and queso were AMAZING. We went at lunchtime on a Tuesday. Staff was great! We ordered the 2 taco combo (chicken) and a chicken bowl. Both were very fresh and plentiful. I am so glad I stopped in and we will definitely return.

I also love that you can order on the Baja Fresh app and pick up through the drive thru! Keep up the great work and I hope lots of people will go support them so...

I spent summers in California growing up and would frequent the Baja Fresh locations. When they put one on Hulen in Fort Worth back in the early 2000s, I was thrilled to have a location so close to home! Then it closed. It's been about 20 years since I’ve been able to have some Baja Fresh. I have literally been messaging the marketing team since 2023 about the Burleson location, and today, I finally got to have it again, and it did not disappoint. It was nostalgic and new. I will be a regular for sure! Also, the guys working there are all fantastic and friendly. All around 10/10 experience! GRAND OPENING...

The food was fresh and good. The kids working here have no idea what they’re doing. There needs to be some kind of manager managing them until they know why they’re doing. They couldn’t make hardly anything on the menu and don’t even know how to make the things listed on their menu. One kid Zane was an absolute joke. So loud about how he can’t count money? The only one who knew what she was doing was Maddi.

This place needs some more thorough training for their employees. Might try again if they knew what they were doing and how to actually make the things listed on...
