Luigi's Pizza Delite Burlington — Restaurant in Burlington Township

I heard great things about this place a while ago so I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered a cheesesteak hoagie with extra cheese, fries and calzone for pickup. Drove 25 minutes home only to find no calzone. So i called and my son luckily was on his way home from work and picked it up. The young man at the counter seemed clueless, not even an apology. Then I opened my cheesesteak hoagie and it was a plain steak sandwich, no cheese, no lettuce, tomato or onion. I called back, not so happy this time. It took about 20 minutes of me being on hold to get Reggie (I think his name was) to pickup the phone and argue with me then asked if I wanted to drive back to pick a new one up. Not a chance!!! He finally said I'll write your name down and next time u come in, you'll get a replacement. So i called and again he argued with me, saying he doesn't recall any such conversation, whatever. He finally said OK, come pick it up. I get there and the 2 customers before me both are telling the young girl at the register how the service went downhill since the new owners, Reggie and his wife, took over. The poor girl is agreeing and apologizing profusely. So I get my cheesesteak hoagie with extra cheese and go to my car. I look at it because I now know better, and Boom, it's a plain cheesesteak. I just tried to use the bathroom here literally two days ago just went to use the restroom room one nice young lady said it could no problem someone was in there waited then some random guy eating walks over to her and says something mind you still waiting when the person come out they had him the key he’s about to hand me the key looks at me stops and goes oh are you a customer I said I just would like to use the bathroom having a lady emergency he then tells me no because I wasn’t a customer which is no problem but do not have me standing there waiting and say absolutely nothing to then right when your giving me the key tell me I can’t use the restroom I felt that was very unprofessional it should’ve been communicated from the beginning when I...

My wife asked for Lomaine for lunch so I went to a restaurant in Burlington Township. Got out of our van to retrieve curb pickup order and went back to a totally locked car, with my cell phone inside and the engine running. After trying unsuccessfully to call AAA from a pay phone, Chris from Luigi's came out, saw my dilemma and asked if he could be of assistance. He got some tools and proceeded to get my van unlocked. Thank you so much Chris, we will certainly be eating at your establishment frequently. Ironic with what is going on today to have someone see a senior in distress and say " I would like to help"!! This tells me all I need to know about Chris and Luigi's!!!
