I found Delia in a wedding group when someone had recommended her for wedding desserts. Thank goodness I did because Bliss was amazing!!! Shortly after I contracted with Delia she became Bliss Confection Co. Since then everything has gotten even better which I didn't think was possible!! I knew as soon as we did our tasting we were with the right people. We did a small 2 tier cutting cake and a variety of different flavored cupcakes for our wedding. They were a huge hit!!!! Another bride I know getting married this week actually hired them too when I referred her. The desserts are perfect and not overly sugary, the cakes are so light and fluffy. Flavors are 10/10 and so many unique options!!! I was able to get everything I wanted and so grateful. Thank you both for being so passionate about baking and delivering every single time! I recommend everyone I can to Bliss and can't wait to get more treats...

I worked with Bliss for my son's first birthday. They created a smash cake for photos as well as a cake, cupcakes and cake pops for his "Up" themed birthday party. In reaching out to them I had a very specific vision for each of the items I wanted, and they took my ideas and implemented them perfectly. They were so wonderful to work with and it put me at such ease knowing the sweets were allergy friendly as he has a dairy allergy. They really understood my level of and detail, and were extremely responsive and supportive throughout the design and ordering process. I’m so happy I found this place! I ordered a first birthday Blue’s Clues cake for my son, and it was absolutely perfect. We ordered the confetti cake that fed 40 people. Not only was it beautifully made, but it tasted absolutely delicious. There was not a crumb left of that cake. All of my guests complimented the cake and said it tasted incredible. We even had a few people ask where we got it so they could use the same place for their parties! The communication i received was also great.
