Wendy's — Restaurant in Burlington

Very rude staff, they made my sandwich wrong so i went up and told them, the guy running drive thru im assuming was just standing around i said excuse me like 5 times got ignored, then waited at least 5 min before someone there said what was the problem i said my sandwich wasn't made correctly. She then gets someone else im assuming a manager i tell her same thing they had them remake it, while i was waiting the first girl was standing there with the guy from drive-thru and she is whispering about me while pointing and looking me up and down like i was lying, well i don't liked to be talked to behind my back plus don't like being called a lier for one and secondly learn customer service skills, cause you don't have any as most of the staff lacks. I will not be returning. I would give it zero stars but no option for that. Oh and by the way the second burger was undercooked i had a couple bites and threw it away. What a waste of almost 23.00 on 2 meals. I hope someone from Wendy's corporate sees this as they wont even get back to me...

I dont like leaving reviews. But I went there on a Sunday morning and the customer service was awful. I asked what sides they had and she had to look and didnt tell me, I was confused and the woman just had an awful attitude. Then I paid for my food with a $50.00 bill, and then when I got the reciet and change- she didnt count it out which is usually etiquette, and didnt tell me my change. I look on the reciet- said that I paid with a $20, not a $50 so didnt say the change either. I told the women for future reference dont do that, I need to know the change. She just rolled her eyes and continued. Horrible. I worked in food service, I know its busy. But thats lazy. That is poor service and leaves customers confused and scared of thievery. I was told that is was a worker that worked there for a long time and all I can think is- really?! I understand its fast food but come on. That is just basic...

Please keep in mind that any review made at this time will not likely reflect how a business operates normally due to the current pandemic. With that said, it is important to know that Wendy's is drive through only. Customers are not allowed to enter the building. Despite all this, their spicy chicken nuggets are still the best food i can get on a regular basis. (In my biased opinion) They are pretty fast in getting you your order, which is a relief considering how long the drive through line would be otherwise. In any case, if you are going to use the drive-through, it might be easier to order ahead of time online. Oh, and if you want a straw for your frosty, you will most likely need to ask for one. Apparently they think it is normal to use a spoon with a frosty. (Which i still do not understand.) But it is hard to stay...
