Los Rancheros — Restaurant in Burns

I absolutely love this place💯. I usually go on Friday evenings after I pick up my fiance from work. It's always packed with people and for great reason. ALL EMPLOYEES are super friendly and treat all their customers the same. The food is ALWAYS good, and if authenticity is what you're looking for in Mexican food, this is your place. The after-hours drinks are also great, cold draft beer, kid friendly also. 😋 I don't mind spending money there, and I always leave a generous tip, the reason being the service is always exceptional. If I could give 10 ⭐️s I would. I asked if they're going to open other locations in Middle Tennessee because the atmosphere is like none other I've experienced since I moved to Middle Tennessee. We go here frequently, as it’s the closest place to our house. The food is usually pretty good, and there is minimal problems with our to-go orders, other than the occasional wrong item. Tonight, we ordered a large cheese dip and when we got home, noticed it was smaller than usual. We took it back to get the large size and the person at the desk basically said that it was the correct size, and there was never any bigger size offered. Well we go here frequently so we still had a leftover cheese dip from before in the fridge, and it WAS a bigger size than what we had received. Not that they will really care about losing just one family, but being ripped off and gaslit tonight definitely will make us travel further for another restaurant...

This little place is banging out delicious food.

Los Rancheros doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's what's on the inside that counts.

The menu is very large. There are entrees here that I haven't seen at other Mexican restaurants. They also have a fully stocked bar. Our waitress was super sweet and responsive. Margaritas were pretty good. Salsa was really good.

The inside is a bit small, but big enough to easily move around the place.

We aren't from around this area, so this was our first visit. First impression means a lot and this place delivered. If I lived here, this would be my spot for salsa...
