Pizza Man — Restaurant in Burnsville

I think they’ve lost a customer after tonight. Ordered 1 12” pizza, which usually would arrive in a half hour. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes, I called to find out what was up and was told they didn’t have an order from me. I shared my order confirmation information and they still couldn’t find it. Asked me if it was for delivery and I told them yes, and I have already paid for my order, including the service fee, the $5 delivery fee, and a $5 tip. So he said he would need to call the owner to figure out what to do. Ugh. 15 minutes later I got a call that the owner could find my order on a mobile app but it’s still not showing in the system there. So they would get the order sent out (which was read wrong back to me). Then after over 2 hours after placing my small order, the pizza was finally delivered! I had requested in my order for the pizza to be left at the door due to my dogs. But no… had to answer the door to accept the delivery while trying to hold back two 55+ pound dogs. Aargh. I ordered dinner tonight, the coupon says 2 topping jumbo for $19.99. I ordered extra Italian sausage (1st topping=Italian sausage, 2nd topping=extra Italian sausage). I also asked for extra sauce for my pizza because for some reason, the pizzas are pretty dry. I go to pick it up and on my receipt it said additional $3.19 for extra sausage. So I asked why I was charged for the extra sausage when it’s 2 toppings and all I wanted was extra Italian sausage for my 2nd topping. The driver who was ringing me out gave me an attitude and said I asked for extra sauce so they charged me $3.19 for extra sauce. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager claimed it was cause I asked for extra sauce so they charged me extra for it. My $19.99 pizza turned into $26 because I asked for extra sauce. Had I known that they were going to charge me that much for “extra sauce” I would’ve reconsidered my purchase. No pizza places that I’ve gone to or worked at in the past ever charged extra for sauce. If could give minus 10 we sure would after last evening order and today's treatment of myself when called in cause last evenings order arrived extra late and was practically 9pm closing when recieved the terrible 😳 pizza 🍕 😳!!! Made sure when call into place order not well done at all made clear she laughed and assured it wouldn't be at all but ruin the whole pizza when it was totally burnt black on all edges of jumbo pizza and unedible for US!!!
