Sansos Pizzeria & 6 Packs - Blairsville — Restaurant in Burrell Township

We liked to order 2 cold Italian hoagies and american cheese on one! No onions and no oregano on both cold Italian hoagies!!! Always the same order, and yet they know us for complaining, they say! Pretty simple order, always the same order! They make them hot and put onions on order after order. But we stupidly kept giving them chances over the last 6 years, way too many chances! You know support the small business in the local coummity, but last time was the last straw!! There was always something wrong with the order! They will screw it up every time and then blame the problem on the customer!!! And they will tell you, you complained before! Yes, I have, and it is because they screwed up a simple order again!!! But, I never ask them to remake the food or for money back, not once over the years! Finally, I did the last time. I asked to have a cold hoagie because it was hot for the umpteenth time. They flipped out when I called back! Blairsville is the worst out of the 2 locations, but they are both bad! It has happened at both locations, and it has been way too many times to keep count. They sadly can't handle a simple order. 1 cold Italian hoagie, american cheese, no onions, no oregano, another cold Italian hoagie, no onions, no oregano... and they will always screw up your pizza order as well! And they act like I am the only one that complains... lol... I have talked to several families who have had screwed up orders from both locations, time after time. Sadly to many people won't call and complain that their order is wrong!!! They suggested that since we order special orders to come in and order and wait while they make it!!! You got to be kidding me, right?!?!? Tells me right there they know they are screwing up orders, and they have a huge problem!!! And obviously, the owner can't fix the problems! They choose not to fix the problem!!! I know we are not the only customer to walk away from their business permanently!!! Their loss, we will not go back!!! And the way it was handled everytime was ridiculous! They don't care about their customers. They screwed up, and we were always gracious enough not to make them remake the screwed up food orders!!! Maybe I should have asked for new food every time they screwed up!!! Like they said, they knew who I was because I called age complained before!!! But they were too ignorant to admit I never asked for them to fix their screw up! They didn't even appreciate that we did that for them!!! Horrible service!!! I stress this, it wasn't like we ordered even every week, but again they knew I complained many times before!!! You know what else, customers that get screwed up orders like we did and didn't make them fix it, or post about the bad service online or just stopped ordering from them without posting the issues, we just make it harder for everyone that is a good customer!!! I don't get why the customer is in the wrong over their mistake! Truly time to make them and all businesses realize how many orders they are screwing up!!! The last hoagie wasn't even eaten!!! It went in the garbage! Go to Fox's, Blairsville or Homer City... at least they insist on making your order right one way or another no matter what if they screwed up...

A great find along RT 22. Not only was the pizza fantastic the people that worked there were great. They really seemed to take pride in the food that they put out. The place was very clean and reasonably priced. We travel RT 22 a lot for work so we will definitely be regulars. I highly recommend giving this place a try. You will not be disappointed. It’s a thousand times better than the dump of a diner...

I had the Pierogi Pizza…it was absolutely outstanding… Fresh dough with pierogi toppings, and onions. It was delicious!!! My husband had the fish sandwich and he said outstanding food as always!!! I am sure that the hoagies will be delicious they always are they are for my daughter and friends for the Pickleball tournaments…Great place , awesome food and the owner and his workers...
