I have been a loyal customer of this business for years and only in the last 18 months or so have had some horrible experiences with a woman who works there named Chris. It was a simple order. 1 sm cheese pizza and 1 large cheese pizza with feta, hamburger and black olives. She even wasn't the one who took my order when I called back to complain that I received the wrong order, but she is the one who jumped on the phone and told me l was wrong about what I ordered. They sent 1 sm cheese pizza and 1 small cheese pizza with black olives. She's telling me that they cannot replace a small pizza with a large pizza because I paid for a small. I'm trying to tell her it's not only about the size of the order, but half the order was wrong. In her ignorant attitude she wasn't even listening. I'm pretty sure I know what was in my own brain and on my tongue when I ordered. She just would not admit that they screwed up the order. I was willing to pay the difference between a small and large pizza and send the small pizza that was incorrect back. She said, no you own that pizza now. 2 weeks ago I ordered and the same woman told me that they don't deliver unless the driver gets at least a $4 tip. I was like, excuse me??? They are already charging a delivery fee and now they want to dictate the amount of tip??? Um, hell no. They have just lost a loyal customer and I encourage everyone else to avoid this business as well. They have gotten so used of gouging customers with these ridiculous prices left over from the pandemic that they think they can do whatever they want and charge whatever they want. "I hate to write a bad review for a local establishment, but rudeness and a display of apathy towards a frequent customer deserves a response. Recently I ordered a small Chicken wing (12 pieces). Upon returning home I found only 8 chicken wings in the box. I called the informed the owner of the shortchange. He laughed and said that we must have been given the box the employees had been eating out of (GROSS!). He said the next time I ordered he would make up the shortchange. Yesterday my wife ordered wings and explained to the wife's owner of her husbands promise. She was rude, abrupt said she was too busy, stating do you want the wings or not?" She made no attempt to rectify the situation. I then drove there and spoke to the owner, she rudely said "well sometimes we put one or two extra wings in the box and nobody complains about that." So what does that have to do with my order being 25% short. Am I expected to pay for everyone else getting more??? She was very insistent that shortchanging chicken wings was an acceptable practice. I go take a look at the pizza the bottom crust is soaked like a month old wet sponge. I called to let the pizza place know I was very unhappy with the pizza. The male who answered the phone did not offer to make a new pizza. My children returned the pizza with receipt. Money was given back , but she told off my 14 year old son and my 21 year old daughter she is the owners wife keep this in mind. It’s ok to call me personally to not order from you because I complained and returned the pizza . What kind of an adult never mind being the owners wife screams at my children don’t you ever step foot in this place again or ever order from here in the future in front of other customers. And tell your mom the same never to call here and order from us again like literally screaming at my children. Is there something wrong with complaining about pizza or food it happens in the hospitality business, but you are allowed to verbally abuse my children instead in public .
