Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in Burton

ILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The employees who are all women are so rude to you and its very obvious that they hate their job. I get it, working sucks! You walk into this location to see about 4 women standing there with attitudes! You ask for NO whip topping but they do it anyways. when you tell them very politely that there wasn't supposed to be any topping (4× in the past 7 days) they grab your cup, roll their eyes, let out a puff of air to let you know that they're pissed at you bc they made it wrong. These ladies should take multiple classes from the center rd location who are ALWAYS pleasant. I was going to ask if the Davison rd location was hiring a few weeks ago but I'd never want to work with any of those young girls who dont have a clue about customer service. As soon as I walked in this newly opened Biggby I knew right away it was going to be my new favorite coffee spot! I was immediately greeted by the staff and the owner even made it a point to introduce himself and even shook my hand and wished me well on my way out! The staff was friendly and for being a new crew they handled my order and the many others like seasoned professionals! The place was packed and I was in and out quickly! I absolutely love the new Biggby on Davison and Belsy Rd. The staff is fantastic, and the store is impeccably clean and fresh. I strongly recommend this place for all your coffee needs.
