In christ jesus name bless this small coffee shop Neon Moon! I forgot to get the kind barista woman working! She suggested This Fresh BlackBerry Lemonade for me since i don’t drink coffee, and My wife and Mother in law and her friend had gotten some fresh grounded coffee! Had the beautiful Industrial Coffee Grinder there in front to show you the goodness of what they are producing at this good little Drink Joint! Highly recommend, It is a lovely environment, Near some nice place to walk around and enjoy and learn about texas’s scenery more. Wonderful! Neon Moon has all the great qualities you'd want in a small town shop! They have great options and very knowledgeable of their coffee and the roasting process. There are some sweet treats and amazing pecan mini muffins to go along with your cup of Joe. Our help at the counter recommended something I would usually never try, a cinnamon with hint of blackberry latte, I got a hot 16oz with almond milk (sadly lactose intolerant) and WOW. I couldn't believe how much I loved this coffee! The flavors seemed suspicious together but it blended so smooth, no artificial tastes, not too sweet, and the flavors were distinct but subtle. Perfection. We grabbed a bag of their Neon Moon blend and look forward to trying at home.

Fantastic roasts, Great owner and friendly atmosphere. Cold brew is legit and He roasts his own beans in store which shows his authenticity. He let me try his Guatemala Roast in an Espresso Shot. Smooth, Balanced, and Sweet. Although espresso is just too bitter to the tongue as it is espresso, his espresso was wonderfully balanced and sweet to drink!
