My husband and I drove 30 minutes to get breakfast here a few days ago, and the employee who served us, Jasmine, made sure we will never ever be back. He asked for salsa at the window as she handed him the food. She said "in the bag" very rudely and slammed the window so hard it bounced back. There was only one sauce in the bag, and we each needed one, so we waited at the window. Another employee came to help us, but as she tried, Jasmine came back to the window, yelling that we already had sauce. He said we just needed one more, since we got 2 meals. She yelled more, slammed the window several more times in our faces, yelling at us to "get out of her drive through". The other employee turned out to be her daughter, she was very embarrassed by her mom and apologized a few times, and got us extra sauce. We've worked in food service plenty, so we have lots of patience and understanding for what they put up with...but we literally just asked for sauce. And were yelled at, had the window slammed on us multiple times, and told to leave. Not to mention the awkwardness of dealing with a mother/daughter dispute right in front of us while we're just trying to get some breakfast. Hardees seriously needs to reevaluate the class of people they're hiring, and miss Jasmine needs to remember that she is at work, not at home where she can act as poorly as...
   Read moreI have been to this Hardee's 9 times in 3 years. I keep track because the first time I went there, they gave me a hamburger instead of a chicken sandwhich. Of those 9 times, they have messed my order up 6 of those times. Greater than a 50% rate of error. That is absolutely destroying their brand in my eyes. They have failed to give me a complete order, leaving out fries in one case, and cookies in another. I paid for those things, so not giving them to me is flat out theft. They have given me the wrong sandwhich 3 times, not filled the drink beyond half-way twice, and they have never, ever offered an apology. Not so much as a "sorry". Pathetic. I will never, ever return to Hardee's after witnessing the sheer incompetence I have seen here. I get that mistakes are sometimes made, but when made with such consistency, and with such little regard to the customer, it just blows my mind the arrogance involved in that decision process.    Read moreBushnell Hardee's- I have breakfast there every morning with classmates and friends. Skylar and Hanna are my favorite employees, they will go out of there way to help you. We always have 4-14 people come in between 6:30 & 7:00 am. My biggest complaint is they are short staffed and many times there is only 1 person there taking care of cooking, orders, registers, drive thru, etc. They let some workers come in late and never do anything about it. I guess because they are short staffed anyway, but it puts alot of pressure on the person who is working! My group even watched Skylar go around the dining area cleaning the tiles around the bottom of the floor because she didn't like the way they looked. What other employees would do...
