Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Butner

I’m staying at the hotel for a few days and didn’t feel like going anywhere so I decided to try Pizza Hut, big mistake. First of all, I requested delivery and the time told me it was gonna take 25 to 35 minutes. Then I got message after message saying my order was running late and every time that new time came, they will send me another message with a new time stamp. So I had to call the store. They told me they were waiting on door dash, HOLD UP YALL DONT HAVE UR OWN DELIVERY DRIVER! So instead, I had to go pick it up so let me remind you my food is already been sitting there for about an hour. Luckily, they gave me $10 off my order because of this so thank you. But honestly, I should’ve just not picked it up. I should’ve just went somewhere else and got food because now I’m gonna have to throw away a whole pizza and some boneless wings because they taste like cardboard and super DRY because they been sitting there. They could’ve requested to make me another pizza because they were not busy at all. They only had one table in the whole restaurant when I went there. I get stuff happens, but as a woman who’s been working in the food hospitality industry for years this is just unacceptable....

This location does not live up to its potential. My family and I love the fresh pizza experience. The sweet tea at this location is excellent. The big guy in the back is kind, makes great pizza and has been there a long time. However the evening waitress sits on the check out counter and lacks motivation and work ethic. I had to ask for refills and she was unorganized with serving. There where some employees sitting at the back computer desk eating. Everyone needs there break but the dinning room floor needed swept and vacuumed. Swept 1st bc there where big chunks of food here and there. Also tables needed wiped down. This location could be a great dinning experience but the staff doesn't have the enthusiasm want or know how to bring the dinners or encourage them to come back. The large cans on the checkout counter asking for tips For the cooks etc is also distasteful. American is tired of being tip begged. The buffet it suppose to have pizza choices other hot options and salad bar. This location is 9.99 just for a side salad as you have to get the bar there isn't an option for one salad and the salad bar isn't worth going back...

Service was highly lacking. I had to get up and ask someone to refill my water. I got a personal pan pizza with pineapple and my husband got personal pan with extra cheese as his topping but was charged more my father in-law got a meaty marinara pasta that barley had sauce we waited 30 mins for our 2 personal pans and pasta and even longer for the bread sticks. When we ask questions about food and cost and what we can get the waitress had no Idea and just said I don't know and stood there we had to ask her to go and ask someone and the person she asked had no idea the service from the time we walked in till the time we left from each worker we encountered was awful I was highly disappointed when we walked in there was a clear sign that says wait to be seated so we waited and the workers acted as if we where crazy for standing there and not finding a seat in the restaurant I am highly disappointed in this place I've gone to pizza hut and loved it and had very good experiences most of my life and today was a huge let down this was at the creedmore pizza hut and I will not be going back or telling...
