Cook Out — Restaurant in Butner

I have been to this cook out 3 times now and everytime they have messed up the walking taco and other items on the order. Food is slopped and thrown together. Cant even put the top bun on the burger correctly. Its hanging half off and bent all up in the wrapper. Gave me fries instead of cheese bites and the wife's plate had plain fries instead of cajun. I literally expressed this last trip that the last 2 orders/visits they had messed up the food and we were very displeased and this was our last try here and they still dont even care enough to give us the correct food let alone how we ordered it. How hard is it to not add lettuce and sour cream to a bag of chips and meat and put a bun neatly on top? Durham and Raleigh have never messed up an order when I stop there. I thought I would give Cookout another chance despite disappointing experiences at other locations. Unfortunately, this experience was not great. The food is affordable, but why do they keep selling substandard products? Ground beef is only a step above Alpo; it's greasy and strangely doesn't taste like ground beef. To make it worse, you're tasting it all day from burping from indigestion. The staff are friendly enough, but the drive through line is slightly confusing. I don't know who management is at this location but they need to be fired. The employees do not care at all about food presentation. Food is just slapped together and not even correct. I did not receive what I ordered. To be a new restaurant it's got to be nasty inside. I emailed corporate and have not heard from anyone yet.
