Ordered two salads, subway melt and spicy Italian, on the app. When I got inside to wait for my order the guy, no name tag, asked if he could help me. I replied that I was waiting on a couple salads from the app. He snapped back that I âjust have to waitâ since he hadnât made them yet. I said âwell I wasnât trying to rush youâ. After he completed my order I signed and left. Upon opening my salads I realized there was absolutely NO meat in either. So I packed them back up and went back to ask if I had ordered wrong on the app. He asked what meats I thought I wanted, I answered and again said if I had ordered wrong it was on me. He replies with âI donât need that psychology, itâs my faultâ. I wasnât getting psychological I was simply willing to admit fault if necessary. He also told me that âsince I hadnât been charged for the meatâ he wasnât now going to charge me, as if heâs now doing me a favor. I thought that at $14 for two salads I HAD been charged for the meat....
   Read moreOrdered online 30minutes prior to my arrival, once I got to the counter I was told my order never came through, once I showed them my phone with the order and confirmed payment on it they somehow managed to find it in their system, they then offered to cook my food after the line of customers, I requested the order be cancelled and my money refunded, the order is still on the app as a completed order, and no refund has been given. If I could give them less than 1 star I would, your better off eating a sandwich from the gas...
   Read moreIt's a Subway at a gas station, so the ambiance isn't outstanding, but the service was great, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable.
The food was great, with fresh ingredients, and everything seemed to be clean.
I will stop again when I pass by next time. I like Subway, since they have something for everyone, including vegetarians, and enough variety so that it is possible to be different each time. And it doesn't...
