Rasor's Drive In — Restaurant in Byesville

I really hate to have to re rate, but first time trying the food this year and I was not impressed whatsoever. When I went in, their was this horrid smell I'm not even sure what it was...maybe burnt food? It was unpleasant. The cole slaw tasted rancid. The grilled chicken sandwich was overloaded with mayo, so much that the bun was soggy and wet. I could tell it was inedible on the first bite. The flavor was just off. So I went back in and got a sloppy Joe, something I've gotten in the past and has always been good. It was bitter and also tasted off. I made myself eat it anyway. Got a chocolate cone dipped in chocolate. The dip was an odd flavor and the chocolate ice cream doesn't taste like it used to. I took off a lot of the ice cream. Then the cone tasted stale. I simply had the worst experience I've ever had in all my years eating here. Burger and fries were probably the only thing that was fine. But I feel like I spent $25 on food that I truly didn't like or eat. I probably won't return. I really hate to say that since I've been coming here for years, but something is just...

The customer service was kind, curtious and informative! All my questions about the menu items were answered readily. I ordered the Olimpian burger, and it was OUTSTANDING!! (Note: I substituted the American cheese, with shredded cheddar, which the cook made sure to make it melty, just the way I like it! 🧀) Hubby got the taco nachos, which they filled to the brim with food and he LOVED it! He also got a jumbo Blizzard shake with Snickers and Reese's peanut butter cups. 🥤 The kiddos got a footlong taco dog, and chicken nuggets. All of which they enjoy emensely! 😋 🐔 🌭 🌮 Our family definitely will be putting this place on our route map, anytime we're driving even remotely near by! (We live an hour away). The food is always great, but twice now I have went paid for my food and left to get home to eat and after paying for my whole order only getting a partial order called and because it’s close to closing got no answer knowing I just left and the place was full of employees. Was missing a coney dog, one cheese burger was supposed to have everything except pickles and onion and it was plain. Chilli cheese fries were only cheese fries. So I payed for a full order and missing half of the food. Dissatisfied to say the least will...
