They cancelled my order! I have placed several large orders in the past without issue, but they cancelled a large, prepaid, internet order Sunday night because I did not answer my phone. Since I had placed several large orders in the past, I asked if the could not have looked up my order history. The manager told me there was no history showing in the system. Oddly, they owed me 3 2-liter Dr Peppers and that did show in the system. As if that wasn't bad enough, the manager talked to me like I was stupid, raised his voice at me, and cursed at me. When I voiced my displeasure with being cursed at, he barked at the cashier, "just cancel his order completely. He can get it somewhere else." I immediately demanded contact information for the owner as I was in disbelief of what just transpired. The manager jetted to the rear of the store at this point and summoned the cashier as well. She returned a few moments later and just stated that she can't help me. I intentionally place these large orders by internet so I can go ahead and pay for the order. Having managed several restaurants, including pizza places, I understand the importance of managing food, paper, and labor costs while minimizing waste. I also place these orders to specifically coincide with a schedule of events. Prepaying on the internet has worked flawlessly in the past. To be fair and transparent, I did notice 2 missed calls on my cellphone when I was at the store to pick up my 'cancelled' order. Having just gotten out of church, I forgot my phone was silenced. However, I have never received a call-back when placing these large orders in the past so I was not expecting one. The manager was rude and disrespectful! He displayed absolutely zero concern for the predicament in which they put me and exercised absolutely zero effort to resolve the issue. He was more concerned with explaining a nonsensical, apparently new, policy and being RIGHT, than he was with caring for his customer. Marco's Pizza, on the other hand, was helpful, courteous, and expedient. I will certainly pass right by this domino's, drive the 2 extra miles to Marco's Pizza, and be treated well whenever I need to place a large(or any size) order...
Read moreStay away from this Dominos!!! I placed a order through a call center for two philly cheese steak sandwiches, eight piece hot wing and a small pizza to be delivered I called to get the statues of my order which when you call you go through a call center and not the store directly. Fast forward. After not getting in contact with no one directly, countless hours and minutes gone by my husband decides to go and pick up the order. My husband gets to the store only to find out they voided my order. When asked the driver why he said he saw it but the order was voided to ask a manager because he didn't know. I told my husband ask for a manager. He said she was busy, counting down the draw for the night, whe asked her name he didn't know her had to ask what's her name. I you be at a store working and not know who your manager is. I'm confused. 🤔They said Carol or Karen all covered in tattoos comes to the drive thru window and me being livid asked her why my order was canceled she said because they were short of drivers and backed up on orders and so they voided my order, not me "They"voided my order. I didn't get a courtesy call, letting me know my order had been voided, manager didn't apologize, could have called to say we backed up could you please come pick your order and we will rendered a discount etc. "No Nothing". My husband didn't raise his voice but I did. He was just saying to her whatever happen to customer service. She (Carol) said as a Manager you come at me I'm coming for you and slammed the window. Whomever is over this Domino's supply chain you need to come in and do some housecleaning. Where is undercover boss when...
Read moreI ordered online and used the $7.99 pizza coupon to order 3 pizzas. The TV ad and website both state that gluten-free crust is included in this promotion. Yet I was charged $8,99 each, with no specific explanation for why the coupon price was not honored. So I get the pizzas ordered, and the tracker says it will be ready about 20 minutes later, and that I qualify for carside delivery and that I will receive a text message when my order is ready. I left in plenty of time to get there as soon as the pizzas come out of the oven, and park as close to the door as possible. I waited about 10 minutes and never got a text. I then phoned the store number and got a robozanswer telling me what my order was and that it was ready, and then disconnected. No apparent option to speak to whoever was working inside. I saw a delivery car head around back and drove back to find a couple delivery people chatting. I explained all of the above and the guy says, "She'll get to you, just drive up to the window." I do so, and a very bored-looking employee hands me my pizzas, which by this time have been just sitting there awhile. They were cold by the time I got home, and far from the hot, cheese-y food I imagined. They don't even slice them all the way through, and the toppings were sparse. Only one out of the three was anything approaching good. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from here again, despite the fact there's no other pizza place less tha 20 minutes away. If you want even halfway decent pizza, go somewhere else, because you won't get it at the...
