Xabores Cyber Café — Restaurant in Cabo Rojo

First I want to point out that I was wearing my mask and followed all regulations from CDC. I went in to the lobby to order food for takeout since I forgot my vaccination card. An employee tells me that I can order for takeout but I cannot be inside the restaurant even thought there were only 6 people eating because I do not have my vaccination card. He tells me I have to stay outside and he will come out and take my order. I waited for like 10 to 15 minutes and this employee and all the others completely ignored me and kept attending everyone inside the establishment. It is understandable that you have to follow regulations from the government but kicking people out of the establishment and not taking their orders just because they did not bring their vaccination card is completely unacceptable. If you do not want to serve customers who do not have their vaccination card with them you should post it in the front door instead of kicking them out of the establishment. Place was ok. We were the 1st to arrive out of morning rush and the last to have our orders taken. By the time we got our food everyone had left. That was definitely a little frustrating especially having a 4 year old with you. Don’t know if it’s because they stuck us in the back but we definitely felt like we were forgotten about. We got the Valentines breakfast and the omelette sandwich. My husband ordered lettuce and tomato on his sandwich and they forgot that as well. The waitress was nice enough to ask to bring it back to the kitchen but my husband didn’t want to wait again just for that. The valentines breakfast was good though. Very good food everything we ordered was very good but the star of the show is Tommie the waiter if you were to visit this place you would need to go and talk to him I've worked at restaurants before and he is an asset to this location so very helpful for everything from where to go and what to do and he knows a lot about the history of Puerto Rico and just a great person.
