Mi Ranchito — Restaurant in Cabot

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Food is okay, but nothing to write home about, generic Tex-mex that you can get at any chain, anywhere. Nacho's, just down the road, is always AWESOME and the staff are awesome as well.

The manager of this establishment is very unprofessional and will immediately blast a picture of their patrons on local gossip sites instead of investigating or calling the police when they have an issue.

We had dinner with some friends a few days ago and the server did not properly close out one of the tickets in their system, even though ALL of the meals were paid for. Instead of doing her job and retracing their steps, she took the time to look through the security, take a still shot and post it on the local gossip site. Had she done her job properly, she would have immediately realized that it was server error and it could have been taken care of in house. Instead, she assumed the customer at fault and was very rude, even when I called to see what the issue was. She accused us of not paying the full cost of a meal, stating that we only left partial payment in paper money in the ticket book, when we had ALL PAID WITH A CARD! A little investigating would have proven that all of the meals had been paid for, instead, she tried to go above and beyond to put the blame on her customers. Posting that picture was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and could have caused a lot of harm because of the people on those sites and the way they take a picture and automatically assume the worst. The owner really needs to look at who he or she has representing their business.

We will NEVER eat here again and we will make sure that every one we know, knows not to eat here as well. It's a shame that the actions of one so called "manager" can cause so much damage because she couldn't take the time to perform her job properly and show...

Great salsa. Food was decent. No real complaints. I ordered chicken fajitas the chicken was not of the quality of expected. But that really is the only negative I had about the place. This was my first visit there and would go back again. The service was very good. Margarita's were very good. Had two one was kind of weak but the other one was kind of strong so it equalled out. I love salsa and I'm very critical of the different salsa at Mexican restaurants. There salsa in my opinion was freaking excellent. I would go back for that reason alone. It's not a romantic place by any means. Not really cozy. But at the same time not really like a family place. I guess there was this kind of hole in the wall. Which is fine by me. I went there to eat. Not for the experience. I'd give it a 3.0/5.0 overall rating. Oh one of the thing that bugged me. I didn't finish my entire meal so I made a to go box. Well I guess I make smaller than average fajita's becauae i had eaten all 4 of my tortillas. When I asked for a couple of tortilla's to go I was informed you only get four per entree and I would have to pay extra for additional tortilla's. REALLY?? Had the chicken been much better quality and have not been so stingy with their tortillas I would...

Ordered here on 2 separate occasions. The experience was fine and the food was fantastic, which opted me to come back. A female took our order on the phone, which she was pleasant and polite. We ordered 2 of the Fajitas Alex, a burrito.. all was awesome and portions were a lot!

Second experience was today.. taco Tuesday. The gentlemen who took my order on the phone was rude, short, rushed me off the phone and even hung up before I was even done ordering. Kept calling back numerous times to get the order correct, but kept getting a busy signal. Finally got him back on the phone after about 10 minutes, got the order corrected and he hung up. Went to the restaurant and he was just as rude in person. I should have walked out the restaurant and left that order, but I respected the folks that took the time to make it. The other customers waiting for their orders were asking why he was rude too. Anyways, the tacos were alright a dollar on taco Tuesdays. I've had better at the Taco truck. I thought the tortilla would have been authentic but it was the same thing i picked up from Walmart lol. All in all... don't let that guy take orders or run the front again....
