McDonald's — Restaurant in Cadiz

Upon arriving at 7:30pm with our granddaughter stood at counter and waited for rude employees to finish their conversation. While she took our order after she finally acknowledged us she still rudely kept in their conversation. Management if you want to call them that ask one of the other employees to clean a table off then she continued on her mission to smoke outside. We were at this establishment for half an hour or longer. The entire time we were there none of the tables were cleaned, floor was dirty with food and spilled drink. All the employees were standing behind counter carrying on like a bunch of grade school kidswith nothing better to do with their time. I could have have pointed out several things they could have been doing. Restrooms were disgusting and not stocked. Noone acknowledged us leaving so I guess they wont miss us when we dont return! I know that corporate offices usually see these reviews also. So I hope this establishment gets a little more focused on and employees retrained on thw importance of customer service and cleanliness of the business. I will continue going to McDonald's just not...

Ordering inside at the McDonald's in Cadiz is an exercise in frustration. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a Coke Zero at the counter. It took more than half an hour to get my food while dozens of cars went through the drive through lane and folks who ordered after me using the touch screen for much larger orders got their food ahead of me.

I watched one woman wait at the counter for someone to notice her for 10 minutes before she gave up and left. Another woman had to return because half of her carryout order was missing. And the woman who ordered right before me had her food given to the someone in the drive through line by mistake.

When I finally got my order the cola was completely flat and watered down because they probably poured it when I actually ordered and by the time I got it the ice was all melted, but I didn't discover that until I was already (finally) back on the road. This place might be ok if you are ordering from the drive through lane but it was pretty apparent that everyone who ordered inside...

Fast service, food was good, I love their bacon ranch salad. Friendly environment, YES, you may notice some minor pieces of food or paper at times on floor, but, it's a fast food place, that in my opinion have sloppy customers who have a sense of entitlement. I mean come on, I'd hate to see how most of them keep house. I can't fault these hard working folks behind the counter as they appear at this time to be very good at multitasking, as well the young lady is wiping down tables as I speak now. The manager in fact is very helpful with school aged staff out in dining area providing excellent positive reinforcement of tasks already completed. Further explaining the best way to clean sections at a time. I would give them a 5, but I see that no place is perfect. This place feels like a homey small town kinda place where they seem to know alot of their customers by name, as well as a nice environment for young people to step into the...
