This is the worst Sonic I have EVER been to in my life and I’ve been to hundreds because I’m old. Customer service is horrendous. Half of their ordering signs do not work. I was parked and had to literally call them on my cell phone and they told me I had to place a mobile order. Before I could even tell them that I already had my order and that they messed up on it and I was bringing it back, I was hung up on. So I waited several minutes and they never answered the phone after that and I just left. I went yesterday hoping that somehow a miracle would occur and they would get better. I ordered a Sonic Blast and they told me that they were “OUT OF ICECREAM”. How could they be out of Icecream? Seriously? Also they were out of ranch as well. Just terrible...where do I begin. We don't have a Sonic anywhere near my home so my fiancee and I were very excited to finally get to eat at one while visiting relatives. The first day we went they lost our order and forgot about us but gave us everything for free so they redeemed themselves enough for us to try it again the next day. This was mostly because the food and drinks were great despite the service. Well the next day at a less busy time they forgot our tater tots, gave my fiance a cheeseburger instead of the chicken sandwich he ordered, and there was a HAIR in my sandwich!!! EW. I think this Sonic is great for their drinks but the service is the worst. I'm unsure about their food now after getting a hair in mine. We ordered around 9:30 pm. we were waiting in the car. the order took so long. We ate in the car while parking in their parking lot where they brought the order to you. However! the fries was so cold and hard like 2 days old. We ordered 2 large fries, it was not even full and so hard. I was so excited for a hot fresh fries! But it was so disgusting like so cold and hard like stone! The burger was fine, but the chicken pop corn was cold and hard like stone as well. We ordered 2 ice cream with peanut butter cup, but it was not even full and it did not taste good. It was way far than it looks! The chocolate in it was so dry!
