Burger King Caguas sur — Restaurant in Caguas

Stepped inside to use The restroom ..a few minutes previous to my entering the establishment there is a group of elderly on a field trip. The group was conversing nicely amongst themselves in the common area so I continued on to the restroom. I work on the road so whenever I need to make a restroom break I always go inside with extra napkins disinfectant wipes and such. You really don't know what conditions the restrooms are going to be in when you work on the road. So when I went into the restroom there was no toilet paper, which was not a problem for me because obviously I was prepared. I use the restroom like normal and was washing my hands when someone came banging on the door. Whoever was at the door banging yelled "OUT". Loud enough for pretty much everybody in the common front area to hear. I assumed it was someone who wanted to use the restroom, to which I responded "Excuse me". The response was another round of heavy round of loud banging on the door and the loud "OUT!", louder this time. I dried my washed hands and exited the rest room. To a large, annoyed looking employee with 2 rolls of toilet paper for the restroom. Looks like the elderly females were waiting to use the restroom but there was no toilet paper. And someone was bothered because they had to go to the restroom to replace the toilet paper. Sir that was not my fault You could have been a lot nicer about that. Do better. On the bright side my mapping partner had stepped in earlier and got in a coffee and he said it...

I stood in line for roughly 20 minutes while the lady at the front stared at everyone standing in line. To be exact in between 9:50-10:20 PM. To be served the incorrect food and wrong order in general. The staff here is not welcoming, the atmosphere here is also not to attire, and the ordering process of the food was just a disaster in general. Mind you the person before me had the wrong order as well, seems like this Burger King needs a re-evaluation of...

Hoy al visitar Burger King, pedí un frozen mocha, que es la bebida que suelo ordenar y disfrutar. Sin embargo, esta vez me entregaron lo que parecía ser una batida de café. Quisiera señalar que son productos distintos, tanto en textura como en sabor.

El frozen mocha es una bebida granizada, de consistencia más ligera y refrescante, con hielo triturado mezclado con café y un toque de chocolate. En cambio, la batida de café tiene una textura más cremosa y espesa, similar a un batido de helado, con un sabor más dulce y denso.
