The hosted pointed me to the table with no further explanation; so I asked Lizienid if I was able to order a la cart and to please provide me with the menu- she looked at me very confused, later provided me the menu and never returned to see if I wanted anything for the menu. Tired of waiting I went to the buffet; which was missing the yogurt and varios items went empty (not impressed). We asked Lizienid for coffee and she told us that she was going to bring the coffee; however, she never did. After longtime waiting, we asked Alondra, who save the day with great customer service. At the end, we went to pay with Lizienid as cashier, and she gave me a ticket to charged to the room after I told her that I wanted to pay not to charged to the room, she stumped out and gave a machine to Alondra.
