City Ice Cream Rolls — Restaurant in Caguas

Overall the ice cream was good, but not amazing. The roll fused into itself almost immediately, so there wasn’t much point to that aspect, but it’s still fun and good. I got mine with the churros which were excellent. The biggest downside is the wait time, it just takes them a very long time to make.

Don’t even bother going here with a group of 5+, you’ll be there for an hour. Then again, we found this place because basking ribbons down the street had a line 10 people long and hadn’t served a single customer in 10 minutes, so make the wait here isn’t so bad by comparison.

The ice creams were pretty good, the flavors were nicely mixed with plenty of toppings to add on. I hade a bit of trouble trying to find the store but after going back and forth a few times I finally found the spot. The store is right on the side of the road so you just park right in front of the store. The waiting time was very long, that’s the only thing that I didn’t like, waited more than a hour for 4 ice cream cups, so if you want to give ir a try I recommend ordering 20 to 30 minutes before arriving so you don’t have to...
