It is understandable that during the dinner rush you should expect to wait for at least a few minutes to recieve your meal. It is understandable that even if you eat inside the dining room you will have to wait. However, the extent of the wait is bordering inexcusable. The drive-thru was lined up around the building at 5:45pm on a Friday and three cars were in cue to recieve their food when we pulled into the parking lot. Figuring that we had the time to dine inside, we decided to park and enter. The dining area was clean for the most part with the exception of the swarm of flies, the smell of urine, the floor entirely covered in what could only be described as a thin layer of viscous oil, and the counter being sticky. It is understandable that there may be a certain level of cleanliness that gets overlooked. But, this was more than should be allowed by any manager. When I stepped up to the counter; the young lady working the register seemed to also be working the drive-thru ordering. I am sure they are shorthanded. It is understandable to have to wait a few minutes to order during a rush. What is not understandable is the language the young girl was loudly using as she bantered with what I assume we're co-workers who were visiting in their plain clothes. Also, she made eye contact with me, made no attempt at recognizing my presence beyond that, and continued to use foul language while I waited for her to take my order. Once she finished her conversation with the 2 young boys who were there "off duty"; she then decided that she would take the order of the person in the drive through. Mind you, the drive through was barely moving. She walked right over to the register in front of me, held up a finger near my face, touched her headset and said, "May I take your order?" To the person in the drive-thru. At this point I asked my children to go find a seat in the dining area so that they wouldn't be subject to the onslaught of foul language now being loudly vocalized in the front counter area. I could see the managers working the line and I know that they were able to hear what was going on but, they had food to take care of. May I also note here that there was absolutely no rush at all from anyone behind the counter to get anything done in any kind of timely manner. I watched a young lady walk an order out to one of the waitingbpatrons from the drive-thru line as if she hadn't a care in the world. So, I placed my order and paid. I stood aside and waited. And waited. And waited. It was 7 minutes before my order was presented to me. Cold. The burgers were cold. The fries were cold and unsalted. The nuggets were cold and rubbery. I may have been able to forgive and forget the rest of the experience if the food was even ok. But it was not. This is the only McDonald's in the immediate area. So, I know that if this review is even seen by anyone from the store it will be wildly refuted and argued against. Please trust the validity of this review by reading any of my others. I am generally a very honest and polite reviewer. This experience was atrocious. However, judging by the complete lack of integrity and pride displayed by the entire staff at this location; I doubt that this review will even be read by anyone who can attempt a change at this location. A miserable experience and my last with...
Read moreFirst things first, the food was good, hot and quick so no problems with that. I just feel like the service could be elevated with a little "outside of the box" thinking. I drove thru and placed a group order of 2 burgers 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 fries. I was told the total and I pulled to the window. This was 11:00 so one car in front of me and no one behind. When I got to the window an young guy greeted me. At that point I remembered I didn't order drinks. I asked the young man if I could just order a soda. He told me they do not have a register at that window. He told me I would have to go back through the drive through to get a soda. I asked if he could just ask the manager if they could just take the order and my payment to the other window. The boy closed the window and turned toward the other workers. A lady stepped over to the window and said "what's the problem" in kind of a challenging voice. I told her there is no problem but could they just please take a soda order. She told me again there is no register and I have to drive through. I said ok, thanks and drove away. I don't think they did anything wrong, I have worked in a retail environment a long time. Had it been me, I would have just taken the order and brought a soda. The soda machine was at the window and they wear headsets. It would have been quick and easy to make a customer happy. I was just running a little late and it would have made my day and saved me time. I guess when you are the only game in time maybe you don't feel like that is a priority. It won't stop me from eating there but I didn't find that to be...
Read moreI don't normally write reviews but I've had enough of how complacent workers and business owner's take advantage of the customer. First we all know food prices are outrageous and we are paying more and getting less. What boggles my mind is how poor the customer service is at this location where a simple hello, thank you, or have a nice day can go a long way. I didn't even receive a hello at the drive thru she asked me if I was using my mobile app I said yes and advised I ordered online. She cut me off mid sentence told me to pull up and then basically threw the receipt at me. Then I pick up my food and there's no hello how are you have a nice day like a normal drivethru. Open my sandwich and mind you the fish filet only has a half piece of cheese. Well you can see in the photo half of it is on the box. So thank you for your terrible customer service and your poor quality food. Your owner is probably very proud of your team and just lost a customer forever. Congratulations! It's not hard to have decent customer service, you seem to go out of your way to...
