Unch's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Cahokia

Been here a few times now. The food overall was good. Past two visits were sort of average. First time I had their steak and it was fantastic. Good portion/size and cooked perfectly. 2nd time I ordered the steak it was very thin. Cooked well but significantly thinner. Was not worth it. This past visit I had the Randy's club sandwich, and in my opinion the meat was dry and overcooked. Side dishes were fine. Two observations: doesn't appear they keep bartenders/servers long here. I was not acknowledged when I walked in the door and COMPLETELY Ignored by the owner or who ever is supposed to take orders. They all sat around the bar and drank and a old man sat in the booth and ate. I wanted to order but was not greeted it felt completely unwelcome. A second later a man came from the back and was greeted by the owner and offered a Beer then the man at the booth yelled at his friend “Hey! We used to go occasionally, and it was a family friendly place with good food. Was there yesterday, the burgers were still good...but..we got there around 11:30, and the waitress was wearing a croptop with running shorts, and tennis shoes. She was in good shape, so it was no big deal. However, at noon, she went into the kitchen to retrieve someone's order and came out in fancy black bra with matching lacy thong and cowboy boots.
