El Tarasco — Restaurant in Cairo

Used to like this place but they now have new ownership or something. All I know is that they seem strangely 'hostile' towards non-Hispanic customers. Twice now, I have been leaving the restaurant and have witnessed the staff turn away white and patrons a few minutes before closing but then wave in Hispanic customers and seat them.
