Kitchen needs some help, watched several tables get their food before us even though they were seated 15-20 min after we ordered. Asked three times for cheese before the server actually brought it. We had now been waiting for an hour so we asked the waiter to just put our food in to go boxes and went ahead and paid the ticket to avoid being any later for our next stop. 10 min later still no food. So when the waiter brought food to the booth that got there 30 min after us I was just done with this place. Requested refund so the cashier ran to the back for a last ditch effort to get our food. My fiance loves that they actually serve Menudo on wknds as well as lengua tacos. They are more authentic rather than over-"Americanized", however they do still have white queso (while very yummy, it's definitely an American thing). Only WISH THEY HAD CHILE RELLONOS (without beef, so maybe Chile poblanos is the proper name?)! Our Mexican restaurant of choice between Cairo, Bainbridge and...
