6/26/2025-10:30am- So I did a mobile order and I went inside to pickup! The taller guy was very nice & helpful but the shorter dark hair heavy set lady was rude! I had asked before the order was bagged, were the fries fresh? All said yea! It was one guy & 2 ladies! The short dark hair heavy set lady actually making the food made smart remarks saying “Is she going to pay for those”?! I mean what? I already paid for my order & at this point I am recording everything while I waited the 3 minutes for fresh fries! The dark hair short heavy set one making the food had an attitude with me wanting fresh fries, is ridiculous & unacceptable & supposedly she is a manager! Wow! I have it all recorded and I will take further action against this location! I tend to always have an issue when asking for fresh fries & they have a problem with getting fresh fries at this location only! Update-6p-same day- Gage the guy under the store manager-Called back to hear my side of the story!-He at first seemed very nice! After telling him exactly what happened, he then starts to defend the employee, for me making the remarks about her being heavy set, defending the quality of the fries & defending the whole situation! So, that means there is no accountability recognized on anyone at the Caledonia store location! At this point, the only one that should stay employed & take over the whole store, is the Taller Guy who kept things very professional! While having to combat & explain with Gage, as he explains the company policy on the freshness of the fries, when I’m explaining they were luke warm, limp & not fresh, going back & forth for 15 minutes! His actual store manager got on the phone & wanted to hear my side of the story again!!! When I’m pretty sure she was listening to the entire conversation but she stated she wasn’t & he was in the office alone! After explaining, at this point on a 16 minute call, she resolved the issue with apologizing for her employee & she would speak to her & also get a coupon sent out as well! Read moreI have never been a part of a more unprofessional situation. I arrived before 10 PM to pick up two online orders placed more than 20 minutes prior and the lobby doors were locked. A young man came to the door to tell me that the lobby was closed and that I needed to go through the drive through (that hag 11 cars in it and was wrapped onto the road) to pick up my order. Mind you, this food conceivably should have been made and warm, getting soggy, at this time. I was hesitant, but complied. Upon getting to the window, I was told that they were only able to accept orders under $15. I responded by letting her know that I had already placed my orders online and I was just here to pick them up. She stated that due to short staffing they were not completing online orders prior to arrival in the drive-through. No problem, I mentioned the names for both of my orders. She then told me that she was only able to place one of the orders, and that I would need to return to the end of the drive-through line to complete the second order if I want it. I requested that she canceled at least one of my order so that I was not charged, and she told me “to do it myself.” After trying to problem solve, and cancel both orders to just then order my full request at the drive-through, she stated that I could just find a different Taco Bell and that I was holding up the line. I reluctantly ordered anyways, because there’s no way out of the drive-through line at this location. When I got to the window, I offered my apologies, only to be returned by saying “we will have you back in the line if you’d like anything past your first $15”. Read moreI would give 0 stars, if that's an option, the rudest people I have ever dealt with, after waiting 20 minutes in line when there was only one car in front of me. Still deciding I figured I'm not in a big hurry. No big deal. I'll order my food order. I ordered My food and I pull up to the window, where at this time I only had a $50 bill and .84 cents. For a 10.84 cents meal. Unfortunately, not only was the lady extremely rude and looked at me like I had made a sin because I had Cash and not a card refused my service and slammed the window in my face proceeded to open it again, where I'm trying to figure out what is going on. Told me that she has no way to get cash that it's my problem. I need to figure it out that she's not taking my cash. Slamming the window in my face again. Manners finally approach Basically, the same thing came with an attitude. Telling me that I need to either have something smaller or a card. What is this world coming to? That is not my problem.
