Subway — Restaurant in Caledonia Charter Township

I get subs here a lot and usually they are really good, delicious, with great customer service, today there was a guy with a full beard working over top of the open containers of food with NO hair net and he was extremely rude. I ordered a BLT, only bacon heated extra crispy, just like so many times before. The bacon came out burnt and he put it on my sandwich anyway. I mentioned that it was burnt and he just continued to wrap the sandwich up and get mad at me for not wanting burnt bacon. He told me that the machine to heat the bacon only has so many settings. I don't work there and don't know or really care how the machines work, just that every other time I get a BLT, there isn't an issue. Then he got even more rude and said more forcefully, "you mentioned it twice, what do you want me to do?" I chose to accept the sandwich because I was sure, with his excuses, that I wasn't getting out of there without burnt bacon. I had a coupon for a $6.99 footlong and he gave me 2 dollars off. The price was good but I wasn't looking for a veggie sub, I was there for the bacon. Sir, your attitude towards me was unfounded and the way you spoke to me was terrible, which is the reason for this review. And I was having a really good day before I met you. I used to work at a subway when I was young, so I know it can be frusterating sometimes. But regardless of that I always kept a smile on my face because I knew how important the job was. However, I ordered a footlong chicken bacon ranch about an hour ago, and the lady who prepared it was just awful! Haven, I think her name was?

Regardless, she had short blonde hair and rolled my eyes at everything I said. When I would ask her to speak up because I’m hard of hearing she would sigh and glare at me, and wouldn’t raise her voice at all. Went to the Caledonia subway for lunch today. I ordered a turkey sub with chips and a 21 oz drink. The posted price was 7.78. When I got to the end and went to pay for it the price was 10.48. When I asked way the girl looked at the menu board and agreed that was the posted price but would not sell it to me for that price. She told me that she would mention it to the manager.
