What a disappointment. Saw the sign as we drove by, advertising wood stove pizza, so my lady and I figured we would give it a try. Clean appearance on the outside hid the dreary interior, feels like I stepped into a restaurant from the 80's. Dark blue walls with blood red columns. We ordered a couple of glasses of wine from a poor selection, which is sad in an italian restaurant. We decided to get a margherita pizza and the roma pollo. This is the absolute worst version of this pizza I have ever had. This pizza should have fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil. Nothing about this pizza tasted good. Shredded cheese, canned sauce, old tomatoes and sour basil, an absolute abomination to a classic italian pizza recipe. Where do I begin on the roma pollo. Italian food is supposed to be light and fresh. Smothering chicken in italian cheese is not italian cooking. My dead italian relatives are rolling in their respective graves. When I cut into one of the pieces of chicken, a pool if grease squirted it's way out, after two bites I had instant heart burn. I have no problem eating ghost peppers and have a cast iron stomach, but i'm still feeling the ill effects of the pollo roma hours later. I will not...
Read moreWe chose Rosa’s for our 14th anniversary dinner, and we are so glad we did! We would recommend Rosa’s Outlook Inn, without question, to anyone. From the ease of making a reservation online through Google to the best steak sauce and pasta we’ve ever had, our experience was top-notch from beginning to end. Our server was personable and kind and provided excellence service (thank you, Katheryn!).
Heads up, the entree portions are humongous! You can easily share a dish between two or three people and still likely have leftovers. It would be very easy to dine here family style and have half of the people choose a dish to share around the table. We thoroughly enjoyed our Honey Chicken Alfredo, French Onion Soup, and a special from the night- a Blackened Ribeye with the most incredible cream based steak sauce (I wanted to take a BATH in that sauce it was SO GOOD!)
If you’re looking for an excellent place to take the family or to enjoy a special night with a loved one, this is the...

Highly recommend the cheese bread. It's somewhat small for an appetizer but helped take the edge off before dinner. The roasted garlic that accompanied it was a wonderful addition.
Next we moved on to the entree. It came with the house antipasti salad and it was delicious with the house creamy Italian dressing.
For dinner I ordered the Taste of Italy "Florentine" that came with shrimp, chicken, and lasagna. All were delicious and filling. I loved the lasagna, which was prepared like my mother's, using Italian sausage layers.
Overall the food was delicious and the family enjoyed it.
The only negative was the steak that's served on the hot stone was given to 2 customers seated in our room and the whole room was filled with a burning smell and smoke for the remainder of our meal.
Otherwise we had a...
