Taqueria El Gavilán — Restaurant in Calera

I've been coming to this truck since they posted up there. The food was amazing and portion were decent. There was a man and a woman who were there in the beginning and did an amazing job. I'm not sure if they left but their replacements have decreased the experience. Food portions are lighter. Esquites came in a medium size foam cup but now come in a child size plastic cup. No more jalapenos with my order or cilantro unless you ask for it. They've gotten popular but due to their rise in popularity I feel the quality has decreased significantly. **Late post I use to see the traffic at this truck and think what could possibly have this place this busy during a pandemic. I decided to see what it was about. Absolutely delicious! A few pictures of our purchases. We eat here at least once a week.
