Amapola Rico Taco — Restaurant in California

The food is great all the time, but customer service not too good. I called to make an order and was waiting on the line for 20 min when I got to the place Brandon put me on hold for 20 min because he was on his cell phone with a personal called while me the customer was waiting on the line ! This is not the first time I have to wait that long on the phone line. But today I knew why. My food could be ready when I got to the restaurant but because Brandon was attending his called I had to wait 😭 and on top of that Brandon overcharged me I ordered the combo and he was charging me for beans and rice when the combo were supposed...

Visited this one 1/23/2020. Was not satisfied with my food. Im used to going to the ones on baseline and the other on mt vernon. They always do me right. Came to this one for my chicarrones tacos. I thought all of them served the same so i didnt notice they didnt ask me if i wanted everything on my tacos (which i always do). Didnt check my food til after we left and my tacos had the bare minimum of cilantro n onions. I mean a pinch! No cabbage no works smh. Not even radishes or jalapenos and carrots. Nastiest food I've ever had. Amapola has a good reputation of food. I just happen to drive by and stop there. No wonder there was no one in the parking lot. The carne asada meat in the burrito was cold. The rice in our combo meals was hard and cold. Beans slightly warm. Chile relleno tasted like dirty mop water. Not to mention the beef flautas were disgusting. The freezer ones from the grocery store are better than this nasty stuff. I'm hoping the food doesn't make us sick tonight.
