Black Oak Café — Restaurant in California

I was accused of dine and dash on my tab when I clearly stated I’m leaving the bill on desk because they take forever I told the man I don’t need the change it’s for the waiter Wich was a 20% tip just to have security track me down and tell me I need to pay so I went and showed all Them where I left it at IN PLAIN SIGHT there was no effort to even look for bill just assumed I skipped the check as I’m telling them how embarrassed and upset Iam the lady says she is scared of me and backed up making it seem like I’m threatening her not only did they accuse me of not paying but now they are trying to get me kicked out and arrested is absolutely crazy then I go with my wife to bar wife orders a beer the bartender tells my wife” just make sure u don’t give him any” to Wich I responded lady I have an ID I’m 30yrs of age if I wanted a beer I would buy myself one I don’t even drink like that idid not care for a beer just the statement was so rude then to make matters worse I request an apology from the staff that caused this to wich they said they will get them to apologize but that they couldn’t find...

Hubby & I tried to go to the down stairs snack bar on the family floor but it was closed and their other snack place is no longer there, so we reluctantly went up the the casino floor cafe I ordered thier "All American Cheese burger" When asked how I wanted it I said, "medium rare", I was severed a burnt meat patty, I had taken about 3 bites of the burger hoping it would get better When the waitress Nicholle asked how our meal was I told her my burger was well done & showed her, she looks & agrees but offered no solution & left our table as if in a hurry I abandon my burger, I flipped the top of the bun open to show just how burnt the patty was (black) & ate my salad Nicholle comes back and retrieves my plate & looks directly at my burger and says, I'm sorry, I would have offered you a new burger if u hadn't of ate so much Hubby & I never asked for a new burger and she never offered a refry or any solution the first time or the second time Poor cooking & poor service, poor tip, we will not be returning👎🏻And if asked we will not be recommending...

Went there last night around 9 to have breakfast, when we got there we had to give them my name and ot would be about 20 minutes, 1 hour later I went by there to tell me there closed,I was piss ,the manager said there nothing they can do ,the girl who took my name said she's never seen me,what a joke, this place is ran piss pore,I went there to eat and cos6me $200 waiting to eat,we had to leave to find food,you go to a casino and there no food after 10pm,it's sad but they take your money with a smile, I don't think I'm going back ,we go here twice a week but no more,the restaurant sicks,and so does...
