Cinnabon — Restaurant in California

Huh… what do ya know… there’s a Cinnabon stand in the Flying J truck stop mini mart. The mini mart was clean and modern with a family friendly, welcoming vibe.

Now back to those cinnamon rolls. They fresh bake and frost the Cinnabons right on site. They have the regular and large sizes. Some are boxed and others are in the tray behind the glass counter. You pay at the mini mart registers. The Flying J staff work the Cinnabon counter and it’s not staffed at all times. So if you need help, you have to actively track down an employee which shouldn’t be an issue. The staff that I interacted with, in the mini mart, were friendly and helpful. But I lucked out and there was someone there frosting a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls.
