I was tipped off by a friend to come here and try out their Green Matcha Smoothie, and I have to say... It was one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had. First off, it’s not too sweet (ahem, Jamba Juice listen up). The matcha flavor is balanced out by the light almond and mango flavor really well. Best of all, it's got spinach, so it’s totally healthy right?? To top it all off, on a bright summer afternoon, you can sit around the cafe catching a light breeze, enjoying the view of the library, and imagining what it would be like to be smart enough to go to Stanford. Sip. Sip. It must be the smoothie.

Outdoor cafe on Stanford campus. They only have outside seating. The menu features coffee drinks, bottled drinks, desserts, breakfast sandwiches, crepes, and sandwiches. Order at the counter and wait for your name to be called. The food takes a long time! I would recommend ordering online from their website. I had a pesto crepe. It was mediocre at best. The crepe was bland and way too thick. The chicken was bland and the pesto was not fresh. The crepe didn’t come with any salad. I would try the Stanford Bookstore cafe for a better selection of coffee and espresso drinks, as well as better service. The Treesider parking lot is the closest public parking lot I know of.

I ordered the Strawberry-Banana-Nutella crepe and the bananas were rotten to the core. There was some sour tasting crepe and bad strawberries too. Even if it is conveniently located next to Green Library (Stanford), I would not recommend coming here for the sake of your health. *** I was able to go back just now just as they were closing. Fego refunded my money for the crepe. He said he is a chef and that when the crepe gets heated very fast at a very high temperature, the bananas can get black in the center like that. Well, the problem still remained as to why some of the crepe was sour and some of the strawberries were bad too.

This place is good for a coffee shop inside a university. Lots of crepes options. There's only outdoor sitting and it's usually crowded. It has nice views, especially since they renovated that part of the campus. The menu doesn't have as many options as the Coupa at Ramona, but still lots of options. Salads are pre made but decent. Don't go out of your way to go there, but if you happen to be nearby then it's probably the best dining or coffee option in Stanford and the atmosphere is nice. Desserts are really good.

Two weeks back I was at Stanford when I visited Coupa cafe for lunch. I had vanilla frappe and avocado panini sandwich with salad greens. The portions are sufficient and it was quickly made even if lines tend to get long on warm days even on weekends. Overall a good option for a quick bite. It would be nice if Coupa team could reduce unnecessary plastic and find ways to use sustainable packaging and cutlery.

Overall I’m really fond of this place- for everything Except coffee & boba which are ok but not to my particular preferences. Arepas are absolutely delicious & not a menu item one often finds in this region- highly recommend! Matcha smoothie is yum, my friend loved the Tiger chai. Ive had very good salads from here as well. All outdoor seating, service is generally friendly & super efficient.
