I would give them 0 stars if possible. I created an online order even before the store opened and had scheduled my order to be picked up on my way to work. This was for my convenience. I picked up my order on time and went to work. As soon as I arrived at my office, I received a call from this location telling me that they had made a mistake and given me a wrong order. I told them I wouldn't be able to return and would like a refund since I did not get my order. The manager Melissa refused to refund me and advised that I would have to return to get my correct order or a refund. I asked if they can deliver my order and swap out the wrong items, she advised I would have to pay for delivery. She even had the audacity to blame me for not checking that I had received the food I ordered before I left. So not only did the manager tell me that they made a mistake, they refused to make up their mistake, and then chastised me for allowing them to make their mistake. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Read morePlease don't eat here. We ordered chicken carbonara pasta and it had no chicken. Also ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza that had no hot sauce on it. I called to see if they would maybe give me a coupon or something since they messed up royally. The manager said that I needed to bring the pizza back and said that since I had already begun to eat it that he couldn't do anything. I didn't realize there was ZERO hot sauce on it until I tried a slice. And why do I need to return a pizza that they are going to not be able to re-serve anyway? Zero common sense. The manager then proceeded to suggest that I take a picture of the pasta (did not suggest to do this for the pizza surprisingly.... no continuity) to "prove" that it had no chicken. Seriously? My husband had already served it to my children because they were hungry. Worst way of handling this type of situation I've ever encountered. Read moreThis is the worst dominos I have ever experienced. In the last year we have given them chance after chance to redeem themselves and once again they have succeeded at becoming worse. I placed a pizza order at 1p for delivery. It showed it would take 20-30 minutes to get here which gave me time to get ready for work as I need to leave by 2:15 for work. It’s currently 2:11 and I’ve been on hold for close to 20 minutes and it’s not the first time I’ve called today trying to find my order especially when calling the phone tells you that your food has been delivered. It looks like I’m not going to be able to get my food or my money back because I can’t even get in contact with them.
