They were overly saucy, which made them messy to eat and overshadowed the other flavors. The raw onions did add a much-needed crunch, but the tacos as a whole lacked the crispness I was hoping for. Service: The service was just okay. They seem to have a system where only a few people can order at a time, which felt a bit restrictive and almost forced. It wasn’t the most welcoming experience, and it slowed things down unnecessarily. Ambience: Seating is located outside the ordering area and offers a decent, shady setup. However, the ambience felt pretty average and didn’t particularly stand out. It’s functional but not somewhere you’d go for a great dining atmosphere. While the overall experience wasn’t bad, the food and service could be improved for a more enjoyable visit.

It's an all outdoor seating authentic Mexican Restaurant in beautiful Occidental. Whatever you order is cooked from fresh ingredients obtained in Sonoma County. You dine outside amongst the beautiful trees in the downtown area. You must go inside to order your food, which will be brought out to you.

It’s more of a to go kind of place as their limited seating there, one table inside and the rest outside. Great service and staff. Yummy food. Free parking, right next to howard’s. Ordered the al pastor burrito, so good!

My husband and I have been eating at El Marachi Cafe for the past 10 years. We especially love their Super Burritos. My husband loves their Shrimp Burrito and I love their shredded Chicken Burrito. Each has a generous portion of meat as well as rice, beans, avocado, sauce and veggies and they always taste so fresh and juicy. There is outdoor seating with umbrellas, and easy access for the disabled and a restroom for patrons. El Marachi should definitely be your next stop for a wonderful meal. Their Menu is extensive; you can order by phone and pick it up within 20 minutes. All cooks are friendly and professional. We love this cafe and we think...

I love the food here it tastes AMAZING! I've been coming here for years! The staff is great, the food is on point🔥, and it's a beautiful location. I have not been in a while and just went yesterday, the reason for only giving 3 stars is because I ordered a super burrito and it was not so super. It's about half the size it used to be. For the same price. I understand covid has affected many businesses and pricing but come on guys! You cant call that super, it was about the size of taco bells grilled XL burrito.
