El Puerto Taco Shop — Restaurant in California

There was a time when they were the most expensive taco shop in the area and now they are the cheapest. Menu has a great selection 👌 and the food is basic as it gets. Best taco shop in the area. Unfortunately they don't care about any concern you may have with your order. If you tell them they missed adding guacamole to your order as it is one of the ingredients listed, they will make sure to NOT to add guacamole. And just for their laughing pleasure they will just add one drop on top just to teach you a lesson or again...they will not care about your order being correct. When I called in my order, I asked them if that item came with guacamole they said yes so I explained that it didn't have it last time and if they could please check the order to make sure it is included. They said sure we will make sure and check..I was for sure thinking everything will be fine. Once arriving and paying they just gave me the food in a bag and I noticed both people at the counter look at me and laughed. I didn't want to keep mentioning the issue and make them think I'm a bad customer..as I am a repeat customer. I went to my car and took a look at my order and all I saw was a drop if guacamole on the top, right in the center of the food. I looked around and didn't see it anywhere and as a matter of fact it had very few ingredients. I was very upset that it took my cravings away, so i just gave the food away to a homeless man outside. My boyfriend and I decided to come to this place during our vacation in San Diego as he had been here years before. We ordered shrimp burritos and my GOD they were delicious. As a Mexican myself I can say that their food definitely meets my standards. The only issue was them being cash only. We didn't have any cash on us as we were traveling and didn't want to risk carrying that on us. So we used the ATM that was available inside and it was not functioning properly. I tried to withdrawal $35 twice and no money was dispensed. As annoyed as we were, we were still determined to get food from here so we drove 10 min to the nearest ATM and 10 min back just so we could pay with cash. I would have to say I read the reviews and mean my daughter wanted to get a burrito. I'm always looking for a good Chili riano burrito And it was definitely delicious but I do think the prices were outrageous. I understand and I'm making a good living but Almost $8 for a tortilla some beans cheese and a chili That cost what 50 cents to make maybe 75 that's making a killing and because I've been in the service industry in my whole life even restaurants I understand they make hand over fist money.
