El Rinconcito Mexican Grill — Restaurant in California

Don't be fooled by the size of this little hidden gem, the decor might not be that spectacular but that is not what I am paying for, the staff might be small in number but again that does not take away from the quality of good food that is served. I visited this place not sure what to expect and with some pre judgment as it is not that big nor as fancy as some other high priced let downs in the Fresno, Clovis and Madera areas and I am extremely pleased to say the food is amazing, homemade tortillas that are actually homemade and not store bought tasteless knockoffs. If you are in the area of Madera Ranchos and don't mind the wait for a very delicious meal and dessert, stop in and visit this place. About two (2) months ago I saw a Google review about this restaurant.

They had a Fajita chicken 🐓 and steak 🥩 mix.

It looked 👀 delicious! 🤤

So being that I live close by, I couldn’t help but to try it out, for myself.

So I can “sum” things up with one ☝️ word - CONFIRMED ✅👍👏(as totally DELICIOUS!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

The chicken was tender and the steak VERY flavorful (both with/from a good marinade 👍).

So overall:

The Pros -

1. GREAT Food 🌮🌯
2. EXCELLENT service (the young man who served me was VERY good 👍 [1st Class🏆🥇]).

Cons (only one ☝️):

1. My ONLY gripe 😰 was with the $3.19 cup of Pepsi.

BUT, A) This is just the nature of our present “inflation” environment (which is EVERYwhere), B) Overall, all other variables (positives) overrode any “minor” negative’s.

So, as a whole (4.8 Stars ⭐️ [out of 5]).

Placed an order for take out picked it up gave me the wrong item went back and women said that’s what we ordered and it’s not their fault I know exactly what I ordered I made sure turns out they didn’t have what I ordered and that I had to wait 30 mins for them to go and pick up the meat and prep it Iam extremely disappointed on how they handled the situation instead of acknowledging their mistake they continued blaming me for the mistake and was also very rude I have never experienced costumer service like this.
