Pizza Factory — Restaurant in California

I tried to call a pizza In Knowing they close at nine and It was exactly eight o'clock Which would be plenty of time for a medium pizza. I do understand the process and time it takes to close I worked at a different location All throughout my high school years So I know the process. I had to call three times, The first time I was put on hold and the girl never got back to me So I called again, The second time i called the girl acted like she couldn't hear anything i was saying so she hung up. Then the third time I called the same girl I spoke with both times was completely rude and sounded upset that I was calling for a 3rd time So I told her just forget about it And will be taking my business elsewhere. I find the customer service that I had gotten was completely unacceptable And this needed to be brought to attention Because my personal opinion She just didn't want to take the order Because they were...

I have a complaint on your Madera Ranchos restaurant my kids go to school there in the Ranchos and I have called multiple time to order pizza for my kids there and with no problem it gets delivered to Liberty High school and Educational Options which are right next to each other, after I paid for the order the girl that took the order was rude and snotty and said they can’t deliver to 2 different locations, which I had told her I had done it before and with an attitude she said no it can’t be done unless it’s a pick up not delivery. She then puts me on hold for a few minutes she then gets back on the phone to say that depending on the driver if they are nice they will take them to the schools. I don’t think this is good service when I’m paying for delivery fees along with getting your company business I hope this gets fixed in the future because as of right now I no longer want to order food...

The staff was nice and likeable with a clean establishment for sure. We have never tried this place before but we WILL NOT be back. The problem lies with the pizza. We ordered a normal pepperoni pizza to try out the place. The pizza was cooked well, however the pizza had so many pepperoni's that you couldn't see the actual pizza. Ok, that's fine. However as we removed some pepperoni's it became aware that there was almost no cheese on this pizza and a laughable amount of pizza sauce. They must have put a quarter of a cup of sauce on the XL pizza. Was spread soooo thin it looked like pepperoni's on crust. The lack cheese and sauce made my wife and I consider calling to complain but mostly kids running the place, I'd imagine it falls on deaf ears. So we will vote with our wallet and won't be back to this...
