I have been going to Fabulous Burger for years now and it has always been great. Yes, they are always pretty slow at making orders and giving food, but the food is constant and they always get your order right. Their employees are usually younger kids with great attitudes. However, tonight (October 20, 2018 at 11:30pm) I experienced the worst costumer service from this lady (she looked to be in her 30s with a neck tattoo). We ordered milkshakes and as expected there was a car in front of us and it took them 20 minutes to get their food, which is expected. Its never been an issue for us. While we were waiting patiently for our milkshakes that we can see threw the window. The customer in front of us was blowing smoke inside the drive thru window (On the drive thru window there is a sticker that says do not smoke within 20 feet of this building). The worker left the drive thru window open and unattended for a good 10 minutes. During this time there was a constant smoke cloud continuing to go in the building where our milkshakes were sitting. Once it was our turn to pay and receive our milkshakes my fiance kindly asks her to remake the shakes because the guy before us was blowing smoke into the building where our shakes were sitting. Her response was "no! There are to many people behind you." Mind you we waited 20 minutes for the guy in front of us to get his food and their was one car behind us. She rolled her eyes and made new milkshakes, which took her less than two minutes to make since we only ordered two milkshakes. I told her thank you so much and she slammed the window, rolled her eyes, and did not say anything in return. What happened to customer service? I have worked at a food restaurant industry before and never in a million years would I have treated a customer like that. Please please please consider getting new employees. Read moreI haven't been to Fabulous Burgers in a long time (years) and thought I'd give it a shot. I was surprised with their pricing compared to the big chains, very reasonable. Food is really great! The burrito I had was "different" never had one with lettuce and tomato in it. But over the last month or so my family and myself have tried the classic burger, fabulous Burger, colossal burger, pastrami melt, the club sandwich, Chile Verde burrito, California chicken, chicken strips, french fries, fried zucchinis, and chocolate milkshake. I've really been wanting to try the spicy chicken sandwich but they never seem to have it. The only complaint I have is that just about every other time that I go they mess up the orders. It's always the extra order of fries that gets forgotten. Not the biggest problem but it's still a drag to park, run in, and wait (only drive thru orders). Besides that the service was great they can get pretty busy (drive thru) and that's just a sign that the food is great. But going inside did give me a chance to see the change they did, I don't know when it happened but it looks great! And they serve beer on tap!! Read moreI went into this establishment last night... got home and my chef salad was missing turkey and cheese my boss hog had no slaw... I called in right away and spoke to lily/lillia... she told me I could come back in tomorrow and get what I ordered fixed right...I juss left very upset because all the manager wanted to do was argue wit me and tell me I was wrong and people like me are always wanting something for free....ummmm excuse me... how dare you say that...so upset. ... I told him I paid $35.00 for two people I wasn't asking nothing for free juss my meal to be right... I also told him that I've worked in the food industry and the guest customers are always right ...not to argue wit them...all he wanted to do.is argue and put me down like I'm a low life... I still have the chef salad and let him know I will bring it back and show u..the chefs did make a mistake if I would of thought of it I would of taken pictures of my food to prove that the boss hog was made wrong.... this is the second time I've had a bad experience with this establishment and will not return...since people like me would like my food to come out right....thank you for arguing with me and putting...
